Boss Lane Dispatch ("Boss Lane", "we", "us") provides dispatch support to owner-operators and motor carriers. This policy explains what information we collect through bosslanedispatch.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site.
- Carrier application: your name, email, phone number, company legal name, MC and DOT numbers, the plan you pick, your equipment types, number of trucks, the load boards you use, and any files you upload (such as your W-9, certificate of insurance or authority).
- Haul Network list: your name, company, phone number, email, the type of hauling you need and your service area.
- Emails, calls and texts: if you contact us, we keep what you send so we can respond.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To review your application, verify your authority and insurance, and set up your account.
- To provide dispatch services, including load searching, broker communication and billing.
- To contact you about your application, your account or the Haul Network as it opens in your area.
- To meet our legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't follow you around the web. Our forms are provided by Zoho Bigin, which may use small files or similar technology that the forms need to work, such as the security check on the carrier application.
How we share information
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business: Zoho (Bigin, where our records are stored), Google (email and phone), and Netlify (website hosting). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- To do the work you ask for, such as sharing your company details with brokers or load boards when we book or set up loads for you.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're applying or working with us, and afterward for as long as we need it for legal, tax or business records. If you're not approved, or you ask to be removed from the Haul Network list, we delete your information unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email us at dispatch@bosslanedispatch.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers with secure connections, and we protect our accounts with two-step sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send more than the forms ask for.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
