Boss Lane Dispatch provides independent dispatch support to owner-operators and motor carriers who want help managing the day-to-day work behind keeping a truck moving.

We search for freight based on your equipment, location, preferred lanes, schedule and business goals. We also consider where a load leaves you. A great outbound rate doesn't mean much if it puts your truck somewhere with terrible outbound freight. Boss Lane works to think beyond Point A to Point B.
Cheap freight doesn't help your business. We communicate and negotiate with brokers and customers with the goal of finding rates that make sense for the truck, lane and current market. You always make the final decision to accept or decline a load.
We'll help handle the phone calls, emails and load-related communication that can consume your day while you're trying to drive and operate your business.
Once a load is accepted, Boss Lane helps keep the information organized from booking through delivery. That may include pickup and delivery information, rate confirmations, appointment information, required documentation, broker communication, detention/layover communication and POD coordination.
We don't want to wait until you're empty to start thinking about what's next. Whenever practical, we'll work ahead to identify the next opportunity and reduce unnecessary empty miles and downtime.
This is an area particularly important to Boss Lane. Our background in construction gives us firsthand experience with the trucking needs surrounding sitework and development.
As our network grows, Boss Lane intends to connect qualified trucking companies with opportunities involving dump trucks, dirt and aggregate, construction materials, roll-off, heavy equipment, lowboy/RGN, flatbed and specialty hauling.

Every plan is 8% of the linehaul on your rate confirmation. Fuel surcharge and accessorials are never included when they're listed separately. Plans differ by how much we take off your plate.

If a rate confirmation shows only an all-in rate, with no fuel surcharge or accessorials listed separately, the 8% applies to the full all-in rate. We won't estimate a breakout. Accessorials documented separately afterward are still not included.
